TLC-International's TLC-Program Guarantee, Valid Period and Treatment Terms and Conditions:
TLC-International's TLC-Program Guarantee:
The TLC-Programs are developed and designed to result in a maximum Fat-loss rate of up to 25kg (55 lbs.) per 4 weeks (28 days) and, ultimately a range up to 300 other wellbeing benefits on or before TLC-Program completion. TLC-Programs are guaranteed to result in a minimum Fat-loss (weight-loss) rate of 4kg (9 lbs.) per 4 weeks (28 days). Any guarantee claims will only be considered if all TLC-International’s Product Guarantee and Treatment Terms and Conditions and have been met fully and completely without any exception or omission. Any guarantee claims will also only be considered if the Bloodtest Pathology or, other Diagnostics specified by TLC-International, is conducted, as part of the guarantee claim, and furnished to TLC-International by the Client at his/her own cost. Claims must be processed via the Retailer or TLC-Wellbeing Clinic concerned who will in turn submit them to the MD: TLC-International for analysis and final consideration via/by
TLC-Diagnostic
Center and Specialist Panel. The Bloodtest Pathology or specified Diagnostics will be applied as final and only scientific measure and indicator of compliance/non-compliance/deviation. In the event of a successful claim a full refund of the TLC-Program Fee (by TLC-International and the specific Retailer/TLC-Clinic) and the required, related Bloodtest Pathology or, Diagnostics Costs will be made to the Client as full and final settlement by TLC-International and the specific TLC-Wellbeing Clinic or, TLC-Retailer.
TLC-International’s TLC-Program Valid Period:
TLC-International is confident that its TLC-Programs are of the highest quality and that they deliver significant health and wellbeing results with the proviso that specified all TLC-Program Treatment Terms and Conditions are adhered to, and fully complied with by the Client. In addition, each TLC-Program has been developed and based on unique and scientific (qualitative and quantitative) data from a specific Client at a specified time and, it is a scientific reality that this data will change over time due to the impact of (amongst others): The TLC-Program, Aging, Lifestyle and Environmental variables such as: food intake, lifestyle, illness, climate, stress, accidents, work, pollution, medical surgical/medicinal procedures and interventions. For these reasons, each TLC-Program has a scientifically-calculated “Valid Period” which indicates the time or duration in which the TLC-Program must be completed to gain maximum benefit (and, is guaranteed by TLC-International to do so, subject to all TLC-Program Terms and Conditions being met). Any attempt to do a TLC-Program outside this Valid Period is: 1) Conducted by the Client at his/her own risk, 2) The TLC-Program is no longer subject to the TLC-Program Guarantee, 3) It is scientifically unlikely that the specific TLC-Program will be of any significant health and wellbeing benefit to the Client and, may, in some instances, be harmful to the Client, 4) TLC-International, in this event, advocates that the purchase of a new and updated TLC-Program based on related, new data is the best course of action for the Client to take and, 5) In all instances of a Client exceeding and/or ignoring a “Valid Period”, TLC-International accepts no responsibility whatsoever and reserves all its rights and ends all its obligations and commitments to the Client.
TLC-Program Treatment Terms and Conditions:
TLC-International is concerned about each Client’s wellbeing. TLC-International or, its representatives have the following terms and conditions before, during and after treatment of a Client on a TLC-Program: 1) All information contained in the profile in the Application Form (PF-1) and related/required Bloodtest Pathology and/or other indicated Diagnostics are assumed to have been completed by the Client without any errors, inaccuracies, incomplete or, omitted information, 2) The Client confirms that they have consulted their Family Doctor or GP for approval before proceeding on a TLC-Program, 3) The Client confirms and understands that TLC-Programs are guaranteed to obtain significant wellbeing results according to and, within specific terms, conditions and time limits, 4) The Client furthermore confirms that these terms and conditions have been made available to and, communicated to him/her, 5) The Client understands and confirms that any deviation or, the passing of specified time limits renders the guarantee null and void, 6) The Client confirms that they will adhere to their specific TLC-Program strictly and according to instructions, without any deviation and, 7) The Client, without reservation, confirms that all TLC-International’s conditions and terms have and will be met when he/she completes the application form (PF1) and/or, Payment is made and/or, the particular TLC-Program is received. TLC-International therefore cannot be held liable or responsible in any manner or form should any of these terms and conditions not be met or, occur. Furthermore, all Client information is confidential and is intended for the exclusive use of TLC-International. TLC-International, its representatives and retailers reserve all their rights.
